What is a cut-off timing for each slot?

Cut off time for Slot 2 is 12 noon on the same day.
Cut off time for Slot 1 is 7 pm on the previous day.

For Example: –
1. If you place order on or before 12:00 noon then it will be delivered on same day in between 04:30 PM to 09:30 PM.
2. If you place order after 12:00 noon then it will be delivered on next day in between 07:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

Can I add products after the cut off time for a slot?

No, you will not be able to make any changes related to add products to your order after the cut off time. However, if you do not wish to buy a product you may return it at the time of delivery.

How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make changes on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any change of order.

How can I check the current status of my order?

Current status of your order will be regularly informed on your registered email address and Mobile number through sending Email and SMS. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order is by contacting our customer support team.

At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice.

How can I change the delivery Address ?

You can change your delivery address on our website from “My Account”.

  1. Click on “My Account” at the top right hand corner and Login.
  2. Go to the “Update My Profile” section to change your delivery address.
What are delivery slots?

During Delivery slots customer will receive his/her order placed on karybag. Karybag currently offers two delivery slots each day. These are:

1. Slot 1 – 07:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
2. Slot 2 – 04:30 PM to 09:30 PM.

Packing of fruits and vegetables

Fresh fruits and vegetables are packed in reusable plastic bag.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

There is no minimum order for delivery but we charge a nominal delivery charge as below.

  1. If order amount below Rs 49/- delivery charges Rs 10/- per order.
  2. If order amount greater than Rs 49/- no delivery charge apply .
How can check the Weight of Item?

At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly ask to delivery man to check “Weight of order item”  for every item as in the invoice.

You can pay for your order by Cash on delivery at time of Delivery

Return and Refund

We offer a “Instant return and refund policy” which entitles all our customer to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and customer no need to pay money as Cash on Delivery.

Where do I enter the coupon code?

On the Check out page there is a box (Enter Coupon Code) where you can enter any coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice amount.

Registration

How can I register?

You can register by clicking on the “Sign Up” or “Register” link at the top right corner of the homepage. Fill up all necssary field detail. You can review the terms and conditions, submit the registration detail.

Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one karybag Account.

Do I have to necessarily register to shop ?

You can find and add products to the cart without registration but only registered customer will be able to checkout and place orders.
